Rosemarie Trockel

Skill-Sharing at MMK – Inspired by the artistic works of the Rosemarie Trockel exhibition, we learn techniques and tricks to upcycle fabrics instead of throwing them away. Together with Clara Maldener, custom tailor and founder of the sustainable label Passepartout, and Iliana Großkreutz, also a custom tailor, we will create colorful patches, sew and decorate with artistic embroidery in the studio.

How can we extend the life of our clothes?
How do we share skills? How do we learn together?
How can we grow knowledge and learn from others?

For youth and adults from 13 years. No previous knowledge is required. The workshop is included in the admission fee.

As all offers are subject to a maximum of 8 participants, we request that you book in advance at kunstvermittlung.mmk@stadt-frankfurt.de or by calling +49 69 21240691 (Mo, Tue, Thu, Fr, 9 am–2 pm).
