Over 5,000 works of art, from the 1960s until today, make up the collection of the Museum of Modern Art. With central groups of works by international and national artists, the Museum is one of the most important institutions of contemporary art.
Since its inception, the museum has been closely linked to the commitment of citizens and businesses in Frankfurt, whose generosity and trust have contributed to the permanent expansion of the collection.
